Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn garments back in their original packaging, ensuring all HIYA tags are securely attached and the item is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed within 5-7 business days.
